Salary : Compensation commensurate with experience Hours : Standard business operating hours (TBD) Benefits : Full benefits and 401K Employer Match offered (after 90 days) US based, on-site position, located in Clearwater, FL Position Overview : Established 35-year Company based in Clearwater, FL expanding our current programming team and looking to hire a Mid-Level .Net Developer. This position will work on creating, expanding, enhancing and converting existing systems, including troubleshooting source code and improving existing code. This company is strongly developing its technological programs at a rapid pace. Looking for someone willing to learn, develop skills, and grow with the company. Duties and Responsibilities : Identify and resolve software problems. Troubleshoot bugs and errors. Maintain an organized working environment and workflow. Contribute to existing projects to achieve company goals and objectives. Assist with design and implementation of new projects. Re-factor and improve existing code within a variety of in-house applications. Coordinate assignments to meet established time frames within established department standards. Write code in C# language using .NET Core libraries. Adhere to Company Coding Standards. Understand fundamentals of Object-oriented programming and design patterns. Understand customer needs and solve problems to meet software requirements. Provide reasonable estimates of assigned tasks. Collaborate and meet with administrators as needed per project. Participate in Daily Standup Meetings and other Company meetings when required. Establish and maintain effective communication and foster cohesive working relationships with end users and managers. Maintain accountability for assigned tasks, and report on progress when requested. Other duties assigned, based on company’s needs.
