Estimator/Project Management/Sales Role
Duties:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, costs, materials, engineering estimates
- Prepare estimates for bidding purposes.
- Ability to read, understand & manage the flow of drawings & bid documents for the entire life cycle of project.
- Assist the sales team in managing projects and contracts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Prepare and review sales contracts and proposals
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system
- Provide support to sales representatives in preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask is vital.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical construction management is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
