AV-rated, regional insurance defense firm, has an opening in their Richmond, VA office. The ideal candidate will have three (3 – 5 ) years of experience handling all phases of State and Federal general civil litigation with a concentration on Property/ Casualty/ Coverage matters, as well as, experience handling all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation, including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witnesses and trial preparation; some civil litigation experience a plus. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess superior research and writing skills, and have an excellent academic record. Richmond Law Office seeks experienced liability litigation attorney candidates.
A Virginia license is required.
Additional Bar licenses and judicial clerkship or prosecutorial experience are a plus.
