Mid-Atlantic Long Term Care, a provider owned company, is seeking qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our practice in the beautiful Hampton Roads region of Virginia. We are a group of over 150 providers currently serving over 140 Long Term Care Facilities. We have serviced Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Continuous Care Retirement Communities for over 20 years.
We pride ourselves in providing exceptional care to our residents and facilities. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat and manage psychopharmacological treatments for individuals with mental health disorders, ensuring patient-centered care.

Qualifications:
· Requires licensing in the State of Virginia.
· Experience working with the geriatric population (preferred)
· a Masters degree with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records systems
- Must possess effective communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and facility staff
