Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with MARS's mission and goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelors (required)
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP (preferred)
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience required.
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and human capital management.
- Experience in talent acquisition and succession planning is essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Familiarity working in an environment requiring monitoring of both state and local regulatory compliance.
- Program management experience is a plus.
