What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drug and Alcohol Warm Hand-off Program Coordinator position at Mid Atlantic Rehabilitation Services (MARS)?
MARS (Mid Atlantic Rehabilitation Services) in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a FT Coordinator for the Hospital Opioid Support Team Program (HOST).
The HOST Program provides services to individuals diagnosed with Substance Use Disorders in Lehigh County hospitals. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work with other staff to effectively meet the needs of the patient while maintaining a positive relationship with patients and referral sources. MARS-ATP is proud to serve a diverse population and we are seeking a candidate that demonstrates excellent cultural competency.
The HOST Coordinator will:
Show the ability to work effectively as a team leader.
Manage Assessors and case managers through their duties
Follow and implement practices to ensure regulatory compliance
Develop effective team work in coordination of services and placements
Provide effective communication with staff, outside agencies, current leadership, and build effective team work.
Manage scheduling of staff on shift
Work as part of a growing team of leaders and staff to provide ethical, effective, and
efficient services to a recovering population.
