We’re currently seeking a driven and clinically confident Spine Sales Specialist to lead growth across our spine portfolio in the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia territory. This is a high-impact, field-based role supporting surgeons in both the operating room and clinical settings, while delivering targeted education on Arthrex’s advanced spine and biologics solutions.
As a Spine Sales Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert on Arthrex’s innovative spine technologies, building relationships with surgical teams and driving adoption through clinical support and education. You’ll also stay current on product developments and research to support your customers and colleagues alike.

Arthrex Spine Products - At a Glace

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for spine and biologics products
- Build and grow relationships with spine surgeons and clinical staff
- Provide in-field support during procedures and deliver ongoing product education
- Coordinate training sessions internally and externally
- Travel regularly throughout your territory, with occasional meetings outside the region
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in medical device, technical, B2B, or clinical sales preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Confident, proactive, and highly self-motivated
- Ability to adapt in real time and thrive in both OR and office environment
