What we are looking for:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making several calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
· Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
· Providing quick and intelligent quotes tailored to customer needs
· Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Persistent, disciplined, and outgoing attitude with excellent communication skills
· Strong phone presence and experience with many calls per day
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Communicate and keep customers aware of latest developments
· Multitasking skills and manage time effectively
· Strong negotiation skills
· Deadline and detail-orientated
· Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience, or 2 years of call center experience
Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
· Fluent in Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
· Knowledgeable in markups and multipliers
· Working knowledge of contact management and order management systems
· Steel sales experience
