Summary
Ability to read and pick orders accurately and perform general warehouse duties. Receive incoming orders and place in proper locations. Ability to operate forklift in a safe and proper manner. Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping duties as necessary, adheres to all health and safety regulations and work instructions. Carpentry skills a plus but not required. Frequent lifting of product over 50 lbs.
Duties
Read all orders for product to be selected and quantity needed.
Pull proper product and quantity to fulfill order.
Stage product for loading.
Receive incoming product.
Unload incoming freight, check for quantity, quality and accuracy.
Assist in loading outbound freight.
Assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness of facility and product.
Requirements
Ability to work independently
Operate a forklift safely and properly.
Receive shipments.
Verify accuracy and quality of inbound shipments.
Stock product properly and accurately.
Prepare orders for shipment.
Clean facilities and equipment.
Load outbound freight accurately and safely.
