- Work in all DK classrooms to assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.

- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles.
