The Event Staff for The Great Pumpkin Trail will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Responsibilities include checking and selling tickets, taking photos of guests, selling merchandise, maintaining cleanliness in the event grounds, answering guest inquiries, and contributing to a fun and engaging atmosphere.
We are currently looking for candidates with availability during peak event times, including weekends and nights.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the event.
- Check tickets and manage entry points to ensure smooth flow of attendees.
- Sell tickets and handle POS transactions accurately.
- Take photos of guests, capturing their memorable moments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the trail, ensuring a pleasant environment for all attendees.
- Answer any questions guests may have, providing information about the event and activities.
- Ensure compliance with all event guidelines and safety protocols.
- Foster a fun and engaging atmosphere, contributing to a positive guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a large volume of guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work extended hours, nights and weekends as required.
- Must be dedicated, reliable, and punctual.
- Demonstrate positive and professional behavior towards attendees and co-workers at all times.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
- Hourly pay ranging from $12.25 to $15.50
Employment Length:
- Approximately 1.5 months
Typical Schedule:
- Start time: 5:30-6:30 pm
- Weekly hours: 10-40 hours (subject to variation)
