Job Overview
We are seeking part-time and full-time dedicated and passionate people to join our team. We train our employees on teaching independence for our disabled customers in their home setting and at the workshop.

Full-time: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Part-time shifts available:
- Wednesday: 3:00pm-12:00am
- Thursday: 12:00am-8:00am and/or 3:00pm-12:00am
- Friday: 12:00am-8:00am and/or 3:00pm-9:00pm

Essential Functions:
- To assist / teach disabled customers how to be independent in their home with cooking, cleaning and grocery shopping.
- To assist / teach disabled customers how to be independent assembling contract parts for job requirements.
- Ensure customers are protected from abuse, neglect, denial of essential services and exploitation to the Area Manager/Area Director.
- Recognize and report the need to make changes in customer service plan.
- Run and document programs on Therap.
- Administer and document medications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with disabled adults is helpful, but not required. We will train the right candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Familiarity with working with disabled adults in a respectful and professional manner.
- Must possess a valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet Agency driving record criteria.
- Must be 18 years of age to be certified as a Medication Aide.
- Must pass criminal background and APS/CPS background checks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Starting wage 16.00 an hour. Plus differentials for experience and CNA and college degrees.
