Available Shifts:
Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 6:30am - 8:00am & 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 6:30am -8:30am & 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
**Holidays on rotating basis, as scheduled**

Essential Functions:
- To assist / teach disabled clients how to be independent in their home with cooking, cleaning and grocery shopping.
- To assist / teach disabled clients how to be independent assembling contract parts for job requirements.
- Ensure clients are protected from abuse, neglect, denial of essential services and exploitation to the Area Manager/Area Director.
- Recognize and report the need to make changes in client service plan.
- Run and document programs on Therap.
- Administer and document medications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with disabled adults is helpful, but not required. We will train the right candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Familiarity with working with disabled adults in a respectful and professional manner.
- Must possess a valid Nebraska driver’s license and meet Agency driving record criteria.
- Must be 18 years of age to be certified as a Medication Aide.
- Must pass criminal background and APS/CPS background checks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Starting wage 16.00 an hour. Plus differentials for experience and CNA and college degrees.
