Position: Mid-Plains Community College is looking for motivated, energetic, responsible, and team-oriented individuals for multiple Residence Life Assistant positions. Responsibilities for this 20-hour-a-week position include: on-call responsibilities, administrative assignments, program management, and staffing the residence hall front desk during the day and overnight. This position is for 34 weeks and includes an hourly wage plus room and board. The position requires the candidate to live in campus-provided housing. Candidates with coaching experience are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:
An associate's degree is required. A bachelor's degree, previous experience in residence life, and administrative experience are preferred. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
