Job Summary
Hotline / Support Services Advocate for organization providing services to victims of domestic violence on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Position is based in Easton, MD. Bachelor’s Degree and/or extensive experience in victim service provision required. Responsibilities include answering the Daytime Hotline, completing and documenting Hotline Intakes and services provided, managing crisis calls and coordinating immediate client services. Assist Case Managers with providing transitional and self-sufficiency services to clients. This is a full-time (40-hour per week) position, M-F (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Hours are non-negotiable. Remote work is not an option. Applicants must have their own transportation and must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
