Midsouth Steel, a leader in the fabrication and erection of structural and miscellaneous steel has an immediate need for a full-time Contract Administrator. This position will be a salaried 40 hours a week on site position from our headquarters in College Park.
Job Duties will entail :
- Managing all activities related to monthly billing of assigned contracts.
- Submit pay applications to general contractors per contractual specifications.
- Collect lower-tier lien wavers from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage communications with customers including phone calls and emails.
- Enroll MSI in required insurance programs and assist subcontractors in their enrollment as needed.
- Manage submission of insurance requirements and weekly certified payroll.
- Assist subcontractors in their submission of required payroll reports.
