Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Services Field Market Development Manager responsible for the ongoing development of new and existing commercial, industrial, and utility electrical service accounts in Florida. This role involves cultivating a deep understanding of client facilities, providing technical solutions to enhance business efficiency, and ensuring safe operating electrical systems. You will play a pivotal role in executing the go-to-market strategy and driving profitable revenue growth while expanding our vertical market client base and geographic reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships through networking and proactive engagement.
- Conduct routine audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for client projects.
- Oversee quality control measures for on-site work.
- Schedule subcontractors to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team for timely project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
- Execute plans to ensure consistent communication with existing customers and key prospects.
- Identify and capture profitable revenue opportunities.
- Attend trade meetings to gather information and establish contacts.
- Resolve post-sale client issues effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience (5 years) in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
- Electrical field experience required.
- Prior sales or marketing experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience in power generation and pulp & paper industries preferred.

- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans.

Work Location and Travel:
- The main office is located at 2730 Mine and Mill Road, Lakeland, FL.
- Travel to client and customer sites is required.
