What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Presenter position at Mid-State Oral Surgery?
We are looking for a Treatment Presenter for a busy Oral Surgery office. Position is part-time, 24-32 hours per week. Ideal candidate would be kind and compassionate, have a willingness to learn, have excellent skills in multi-tasking, and be a team player. Dental or medical administration experience required but does not need to be as a previous treatment planner. Pay would be $22-24 an hour, depending on experience, with the potential of monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Schedule appointments
- Determine out of pocket estimates, based on patient insurance benefits with both dental and medical, and explain them to the patients
- Authorize and schedule surgeries
- Answer phones
