Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Position Description:
Account Lead responsibilities include training, motivating & supporting team members and making sure the team adheres to our company policies. Also, float in case of call off or no shows.
Responsibilities
- Training cleaners
- Perform inspections.
- Float in case of call off or no shows.
Qualifications:
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent dependability is required.
- Must be dependable and flexible.
- Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
