Key Accountabilities
As a Credit & Returns Specialist at Midas Chain Inc, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently processing returns and credits through the SAP system
- Preparing inventory for return to stock in a timely manner
- Coordinating customer returns and merchandise transfers using established SOPs
- Managing merchandise disposition, including non-genuine product identification and credit/exchange processing via SAP
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate processing of internal and external customer requests
- Facilitating communication between multiple departments to complete returns requiring situational investigations
- Responding to returns-related emails and internal department inquiries
- Collaborating with distribution counterparts to ensure accurate return to stock
- Resolving inventory discrepancies
- Adhering to safe work procedures
- Supporting the Sales and Customer Service teams for wholesale, major, and independent sales
- Protecting confidential customer information
- Participating in workload plan execution and adjustment under department leadership and team guidance
- Performing additional duties as assigned
