What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Staff Office Director position at Midas Research?
Job Requirements:
Needs at least 2 yrs director level or higher experience.
-This resource will work, onsite, and will work under the direction of Jayme Hardyman, Corporate Director of Medical Staff Services, and may assist with activities including: DIRECTOR, MEDICAL STAFF SERVICES
- Overseeing MSSD administrative FTE(s)
- Training and supervising Client’s MSSD staff
- Monitoring for compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards as applicable for medical staff and credentialing and privileging functions
- Participating on Client’s hospital compliance teams and in regulatory and accreditation surveys as applicable
- Enforcing Client’s MSSD policies and procedures as applicable
- Managing and supporting the leadership meetings of Client’s organized medical staff
- Participating in and collaborating on Client’s medical staff and hospital committees as applicable
- Collaborating with Client’s department to fulfill requirements of established performance monitoring processes (e.g., focused and ongoing professional practice evaluation)
- Supporting and/or assisting in implementing and maintaining credentialing software as applicable
- Other duties as assigned Locations Served: AHMC – Mendicino Coast AHUV – Ukiah Valley AHHM – Howard Memorial
CPMSM or CPCS certification: Required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $3,920.00 - $4,105.00 per week
