Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist the surgical team during operations
- Prepare the operating room and ensure all surgical instruments are sterile and ready for use
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care instructions
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Experience in operating room settings preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Knowledge of Sonography and Botulinum toxin treatment is a plus
- Familiarity with Primary care, Internal medicine, ER, Case management, Hospital medicine
- Proficiency in ventilating patients
- Experience with Athenahealth is advantageous
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: Up to $2,900.00 per week
