Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and foster successful collaborations with architects, engineers, developers, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Direct project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving efforts to drive project success.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of construction management experience.
- Educational background in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods and project budgeting.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management/scheduling software.
- Must be local to the Blue Bell, PA area.
