This is a relaxed, yet professional setting. We love our jobs and are passionate about our work. Your role is to help maintain a pleasant work environment for our clients while offering customer service, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining office organization.
Duties include greeting visitors, documenting payments, scheduling appointments, requesting and filing paperwork, and making phone calls, among other duties.
Office experience is required. Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or coordinator, particularly in a medical setting, is preferred but not required. The ideal office assistant will have experience with office software (email, spreadsheets (e.g. Excel), and/or databases). They will be able to complete basic administrative tasks, such as writing letters, maintaining a filing system, and scanning documents.
The office assistant will ensure the smooth running of the office and its day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for the office, including management of maintenance, mailing, supplies, and billing
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Facilitate invoicing and payments
- Provide general support to visitors
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. copiers and printers)
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
