Key Responsibilities
· Develop an Investment Policy Statement for the practice and help create a simplified version for clients.
· Lead the Investment Committee and oversee investment review process.
· Analyze and research market trends and economic data to inform investment decisions and find new investment opportunities.
· Develop and implement tailored investment strategies for clients and collaborate with advisors to present to clients.
· Monitor and manage discretionary portfolios client portfolios, ensuring alignment with financial planning goals.
· Write market commentary, investment rationale, and deliver communication via appropriate channels (monthly and quarterly).
· Potentially deliver market updates to clients virtually or in person.
· Oversee opportunities within CRM and collaborate with advisors on targeting and closing those opportunities to help drive Net Flows.
· Create a process to conduct 401k rebalancing calls with clients.
· Oversee transactions and execution process for all trading activity
· Prepare and present investment performance reports to clients’
· Collaborate with other team members to enhance investment solutions.
· Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
· 5 years of experience in investment management or financial advisory firms.
· Proven track record of successful investment strategies and client management.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
