The Role : Revenue Operations Systems Specialist
We're looking for a results-driven Revenue Operations Systems Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on Salesforce Administration. This role plays a key part in optimizing systems, improving processes, and driving adoption across our sales, onboarding, and account management teams.
This role blends technical project management, administration, and analysis, supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our CRM and revenue operations systems. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design scalable solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy.
What You'll Do
Salesforce System Administration
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for 100 users.
- Manage core administrative functions, including user setup, reports, dashboards, workflows, and system audits.
- Oversee Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Train new users and expand Salesforce expertise across the organization.
- Manage account provisioning and user enablement for GTM tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, and LeadIQ.
