The Role
As the Visual Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to develop design assets that resonate with our audience and align with our brand vision. Your work will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including product launches, demand generation, digital campaigns, and customer communications. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
What You'll Do :
- Own and evolve the design system that brings Middesk's brand and product stories to life.
- Define and craft the creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns to ensure the Middesk brand is being promoted across channels in everything we build.
- Craft attention-grabbing, fabulous social media content, videos, and data visualizations that get people interested in Middesk's products and mission.
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials for digital and print, including email campaigns, landing pages, social media assets, display ads, and event collateral.
- Create high-quality materials to support sales, recruiting, and press outreach efforts including industry reports, e-books, swag, presentations, one pagers, and more.
- Work closely with product marketing to design graphics that communicate the value and functionality of our solutions.
- Contribute to video, animation, and multimedia projects as needed, ensuring a high standard of visual quality.
- Create compelling visual content for the website, ensuring designs are optimized for user experience and conversion.
