Position Title: Housekeeper, FT

Description of Duties: The role of the housekeeper is to provide cleaning and sanitation services for the building. Primary duties include linen management, sanitation of all common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, management of hazardous spills, and inventory of housekeeping stock and stock orders. The housekeeper is expected to provide environmental services in accordance with OSHA guidelines while keeping the unit safe for all individuals and employees. Housekeeper will perform cleaning duties at different locations within the Agency. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver’s License. Current AHA. Must be able to read and write.
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma, 2 years of experience in housekeeping/environmental services
Agency is an eligible worksite for the VA Education Benefit Program (Veterans)
