Job Summary: To promote maximum service to MTE teammates by supporting their hardware and software needs in a manner to provide affordable, reliable, safe electricity and outstanding member service.
Job Requirements:
- Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry & People Smart).
- At least an associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field; or successful completion of TCAT's Information Technology program; or four years of related experience.
- Must have one of the following active certifications. Equivalent or higher-level certifications are acceptable.
- CompTIA A
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Google IT Support Certificate
- Must have a good understanding of computer workstations, printers, and other peripherals, such as monitors, keyboards, scanners, and mice.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
