Description
RaganSmith is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician based in our Nashville office. This position is responsible for assisting with maintaining all company networks, equipment, and software. This role will assist as a system administrator for all four offices in Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin and Chattanooga. Occasional day travel to these offices is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficiency with company servers and networks
- Assist with company cyber security efforts and awareness
- Provide assistance for employee and system troubleshooting
- Maintain company equipment and build new machines as needed
- Provide equipment and system access for new employees
- Install and configure system software
- Additional related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of related IT or system administration experience
- Familiarity with managing databases and system networks
- Ability to communicate proficiently and problem solve
- Excellent time management and organization
- Experience with Office 365, Adobe Cloud, and AutoCAD preferred
