Middleburg Tennis Club is looking for an enthusiastic Racquets Professional to join our team! If you love teaching and working with an active tennis and pickleball community, this is a great opportunity.
About the Club:
MTC is a welcoming, member-focused club located in historic Middleburg, VA. Our facility includes:
5 newly renovated indoor tennis courts
6 outdoor Har-Tru clay courts & 1 outdoor hard court
2 permanent pickleball courts
Restaurant, pool, fitness center, and pro shop
Job Responsibilities:
Teach private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs Organize and maintain program records
Assist with club events and racquets programming
Perform racquet stringing and repairs
Grow our pickleball programs (experience a plus!)
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of teaching experience
USPTA or PTR certification preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission opportunity with potential earnings of $80,000 - $120,000
