Tennis Club Maintenance Worker (Seasonal)

Middleburg Tennis Club is looking for an enthusiastic seasonal tennis club maintenance worker to join our team! This seasonal, full-time position offers flexible hours and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors.
About the Club:
MTC is a welcoming, member-focused club located in historic Middleburg, VA. Our facility includes:
- 5 newly renovated indoor tennis courts
- 6 outdoor Har-Tru clay courts & 1 outdoor hard court
- 2 permanent pickleball courts
- Restaurant, pool, fitness center, and pro shop
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks inside and outside of the club.
- Prepare and maintain tennis courts
- Assist with the overall upkeep of the facility, including landscaping and minor repairs.
- Ensure courts and surrounding areas are safe, clean, and ready for use.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required. On-site training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to lift light to moderate objects and work outdoors.
Benefits:
