Middleburg Tennis Club is looking for an enthusiastic Racquets Professional to join our team! If you love teaching and working with an active tennis and pickleball community, this is a great opportunity.

About the Club:

MTC is a welcoming, member-focused club located in historic Middleburg, VA. Our facility includes:

• 5 newly renovated indoor tennis courts

• 6 outdoor Har-Tru clay courts & 1 outdoor hard court

• 2 permanent pickleball courts

• Restaurant, pool, fitness center, and pro shop

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach private lessons, group clinics, and junior programs

• Organize and maintain program records

• Assist with club events and racquets programming

• Perform racquet stringing and repairs

• Grow our pickleball programs (experience a plus!)

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of teaching experience

• USPTA or PTR certification preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary commission (potential earnings $80,000 - $120,000 )
