What You’ll Do:
Investor Relations & Communications
- Develop and execute the firm’s investor relations strategy
- Serve as the primary liaison between investors and internal teams (Investment, Legal, Back Office, BD, ESG, and Ops)
- Manage investor communications, including quarterly reports, pitch decks, and ad hoc requests
- Oversee planning and execution of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including materials, scheduling, and investor engagement
- Maintain up-to-date investor contact records and track engagement using DealCloud
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing key materials (pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, data rooms) and coordinating outreach
- Work alongside placement agents while directly engaging targeted investors
- Ensure the team is fully briefed on investor backgrounds and prepared for meetings
- Track all investor requests and coordinate with internal teams for timely responses
- Oversee legal documentation and review side letter requests in collaboration with counsel
- Collaborate with deal teams to market co-investment opportunities and manage investor outreach
- Develop and distribute co-investment materials, organize data rooms, and facilitate investor meetings
- Track investor interest levels and communicate updates at senior management meetings
- Work with legal, finance, and external counsel to process co-investment agreements and closings
What You Bring:
- Established LP relationships within the middle market
- Direct experience raising equity capital from institutional investors
- Strong financial acumen with knowledge of M&A, finance, and accounting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and DealCloud
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance, or relevant field; advanced degree a plus
