We are looking for a Registered pharmacist in good standing with the state of Connecticut to join our team. The successful candidate will have a B.S. or PharmD. degree, good patient, provider and staff communication skills, and a strong commitment to working with patients and staff from a wide range of ethnic, economic, cultural and social backgrounds.
The Clinical Staff Pharmacist will participate in and verify the medication use process in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, collaborating with the Director of Pharmacy and pharmacy leadership in accordance with established policies and procedures.
