MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Associate Degree (preferred) or High School diploma.2. Demonstrate literacy skills necessary to work with teachers and students.3. Complete a training program approved by Rhode Island Department of Education within three months of employment or similar certification from another state.4.
