Position Specifics:
Department: Administrative & Accounting Office
Reports to: Corporate Controller & Corporate Office Manager
Supervises: None
Job Description
The associate in this role is responsible for a variety of data entry and accounts receivable duties according to established policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
· Utilizes CDK Business System to perform duties and responsibilities.
· Generates equipment invoices upon completion of sale.
· Records customer receipts and advance deposits.
· Maintains customer Tax-exempt certificates.
· Processes title work for utility vehicles.
· Answer phones professionally and direct calls, when necessary.
· Filing and other various duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
· Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
· Ability to multi-task , prioritize and work efficiently
· Ability of work independently, self-starter, energetic
· Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; if deemed necessary
· Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced work environment.
Required Education:
· High school Diploma or GED equivalent required. .
· 2 years hands-on Office/Accounting experience preferred.
· Good attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
