- Press Operation: Operate a variety of advanced presses, mastering setup, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
- Quality Control: Ensure the production of top-notch components by conducting meticulous quality checks using precision measuring tools.
- Process Improvement: Maximize productivity by efficiently managing workflow, minimizing downtime, and contributing to process improvements.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize cutting-edge systems like Plex and Smart Pac to monitor production, order materials, and analyze performance.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of twelve (12) months of press operating experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds periodically and 30 pounds regularly; ability to stand for entire shift.
- Complexity of Duties: Routine nature with loading and unloading of fixtures, some robot programming, and maintenance.
