Asset Integrity Department Manager - Position and Responsibilities
As an Asset Integrity Department Manager (DM) with Middough, you will oversee the operational control of our Asset Integrity services and programmatic work for clients. As the DM, you will also schedule field work, review deliverables, send deliverables to clients, and management team performance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct team members to the successful completion of projects.
- Build and maintain key client relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and project estimates for new projects.
- Participate in the scheduling project staff utilization and needs.
- Coach and develop team members using best practices, performance management, supportive behavior, and training tools.
- Collaborate with senior management in coordinating work for projects.
- Take an active role as needed in support of business development activities.
- Coordinate and track fieldwork with client contacts and report writing.
- Coordinate and ensure proper tracking of company owned equipment.
- Procure safety supplies and personal protective equipment.
- Track projects to ensure schedule and budgets are maintained.
- Oversee logistics of equipment required for each project.
- Ensure procedures and processes are up to date and adhered to.
- Support field work as required when resources are limited.
Education, Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will possess the following :
OSHA 10 / 30-hour certification
