Job Summary
The Analyst – The EDI/API Analyst will oversee maintaining, developing, and optimizing EDI/API processes to ensure seamless communication with customers, vendors, and internal systems. This role is essential for streamlining supply chain operations and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Essential Job Responsibilities
System Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day support to identify, analyze, and resolve EDI/API errors and discrepancies.
- Diagnosing and resolving system issues by working closely with HQ IT teams.
EDI/API Project Management
- Lead and support EDI/API integration projects, including onboarding new trading partners and implementing new transactions with HQ IT implementation team.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for EDI/API implementations and updates.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.2 years of experience in supporting EDI/API systems.
- Proficiency in EDI standards such as X12, XML. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is a plus.
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus
