Join our growing team at Midland Care as the Director of Meals on Wheels, where you will provide administrative oversight of our Meals on Wheels (MOW) program.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of our Meals on Wheels (MOW) program and supervising a dedicated team. You will ensure program compliance with regulations, manage relationships with providers, and sustain program growth while collaborating with the Culinary Services Director to maintain food quality standards.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
Pay starting at $72,800 /annually (based on requirements and like experience)

Qualifications
Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial and communication skills. Proficient computer skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in Blackbaud-Raisers Edge software preferred. Ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities and demands.
Preferred: In-depth knowledge of challenges facing the elderly population with an emphasis on nutrition issues. Capable of representing the agency in the community. Strong leadership skills including ability to motivate and influence others. Capable of communicating with people from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds. Maintain flexible schedules. Management experience is preferred.
