Midland Care PACE is expanding and now hiring for a Quality & Compliance Liaison
Summary:
The Quality Improvement Liaison plays a crucial role in supporting each PACE Center IDT by ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards in service determination requests, grievances, appeals, and internal recommendations. Additionally, this position serves as the primary contact for maintaining and updating the PACE List of Participant Medical Records and On Call Universes, essential for CMS Audits.
Midland Cares Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement to stay in their own homes and communities.
Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
Pay starting at $50,000 /annually (based on requirements and like experience)

Qualifications
Required: Two years of experience in a detail-oriented position or relevant education. Experience with managing data and conducting analyses using productivity suite software including complex spreadsheets. Intermediate or higher skills in Microsoft 365 Office Suite. Experience working in an Electronic Medical Record. Highly motivated, self-directed, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Must possess a valid Kansas Drivers License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organizations insurability standard as defined by Midland Care policy.
