Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Topeka. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and carrying out various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and success of our organization.
Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Hybrid Work Environment Options
Pay Rate: $24 /hour (pay is based on requirements and like experience)

Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance is preferred, but not required. Candidates with an associate degree or relevant experience, such as bookkeeping, are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Good communication and advanced computer skills required. High degree of proficiency with MS Office products required. Ability to muti-task. Strong teamwork.
Preferred: Experience in governmental reimbursement programs within a health care setting.
