Job Description
This role involves performing maintenance work on existing manufacturing equipment, building new equipment and tools, and collaborating with each department to ensure high-quality product production. Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on machines, mechanical equipment, and Midland buildings.
- Performing maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Conducting routine inspections of machines and equipment to ensure proper function and recommending repairs as needed.
- Operating forklifts occasionally.
- Fabricating necessary repair components to get machines up and running efficiently.
- Working with other departments to ensure efficient production.
- FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY PROTOCOLS.
- Cultivating an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.
- Providing assistance in all areas with a can-do attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
