Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday

Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

We are looking for an experienced production manager to oversee our Shipping and Lites departments.

Essential Duties:

1. Responsible for quality assurance of all production departments. Always looking to elevate the quality level of the production departments, implements procedures designed to eliminate potential mistakes, working towards the ultimate goal of zero issues.
2. Strong understanding of all processes and procedures for areas of responsibility.
3. Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the production department. Develops programs to monitor productivity, identifies areas requiring improvements and implements procedures designed to increase efficiency.
4. Monitor inventory by maintaining healthy inventory levels to ensure no back orders and ensure inventory levels are not kept in overabundance of expected workloads. Rotate products on a regular basis.
5. Maintain a safe working environment for the plant.
6. Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the manufacturing facility and adjacent grounds. Ensures that equipment, facility, and grounds are clean, orderly, and in operational condition.
7. Ensures proper and accurate communication between Production and Office/Sales.

Education and Experience:
