The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate the entire production process
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7 years of construction experience, including residential experience, with 3 years managing staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and related software.
• Five or more years of related structural, or construction/pile welding experience required
• 3-5 years managing 4 welders required
• AWS D 1.1 & AWS D 1.4 & AWS D 1.5 3G and 4G certifications preferred
• Valid Driver’s License is required
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
