Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Human Resources plays a crucial role as a partner to the executive and leadership team members, defining, developing, and implementing HR initiatives. With two campus locations hosting combined 150 bed acute and skilled care facilities, along with more than 20 employed physician practices and over 750 employees, the Director provides strategic direction for all areas of HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree required.
- A minimum of 5 years of healthcare (hospital) human resource experience is necessary.
- Familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local regulations relating to Human Resources, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Affirmative Action, ADA, and FMLA.
- Prior experience working within a larger healthcare system is preferred.
- Candidates from Tennessee and Alabama regions are given priority consideration.
