Provides the leadership to effectively grow the program by ensuring clinical excellence, operating efficiency and financial strength. This includes leadership in developing a strong clinical team and partnership with the Medical Director and medical staff to ensure clinical excellence and operational performance of the program. Registered Nurses strongly preferred.
Will consider PT, SLP or OT if they have a strong Hospice background.

- 6 Director Reports : Admin(s), Clinical Team Manager(s), and Bereavement Counselor(s)
- Master’s degree in nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy; or Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration with a Bachelors in Nursing or other clinical field. Those new to the role must become actively enrolled in a master’s program within 6 months and complete within 3 years.
- Required License : Must have and maintain current licensure with the applicable North Carolina Board ( RN Strongly preferred , PT, OT, SLP). BLS Healthcare Provider
- Required Experience : Five years of progressive leadership. Computer skills include word processing, spreadsheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Intranet software, and email.
- Preferred Experience : 6 years of progressive leadership experience, previous management experience.
