What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift CNC Set-up Operator position at Midland Plastics, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Set-up Operator who has an eye for detail, enjoys running multiple machines and is a “quick change artist”.

Our business continues to grow with an added emphasis on custom machined parts that require a skilled hand, a no-nonsense work ethic, and the ability to be flexible in your job.
Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
Our CNC machinists are expected to go beyond the usual set up and monitor duties. You should also be able to:
· Read & understand M&G Code - then offer a more efficient way to increase productivity on the machine
· Operate all tasks required on multiple machines including first article inspections
· Review blueprints / Set-up sheets and adjust to make the first part, and every part, the right part
Minimum qualifications include:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· One year of related CNC operation experience
· Ability to read blueprints
This is a full time, long-term 2nd shift position that includes an excellent benefits package.
