Growing manufacturing company with multiple locations has an exciting opportunity available for a Quality Engineering Manager. Main Functions : The primary responsibility of the Quality Engineering Manager is to provide technical expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves leading teams to understand and review customer requirements, implementing product and process design enhancements, and refining QA release processes to eliminate root causes of quality issues. Additionally, the Quality Engineering Manager oversees the management of key quality metrics, approves warranty claims, and ensures compliance with ISO standards, playing a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding quality standards. Requirements :
